Our Oxted collection inherits it's elegant angles from mid-century inspiration, offering sophisticated lines and designs to suite town or country homes alike. As with all Fettle Furniture, this collection is crafted entirely of solid hardwood. We never use MDF or Chipboard.
The Oxted Nightstand comes in two heights (60cm & 70cm) to pair with your bed aesthetic and is available in two material types, Ash and Walnut. The table sports an understated dovetailed single drawer running on hidden soft-close drawer slides, allowing the focus to remain on the natural beauty of the material. The drawer is big enough to store your favourite bedtime reading, iPad or even Kindle.
Hand crafted from locally sourced solid-hardwood, each component has been hand sanded and finished with a hard-wearing wax. This makes sure the table top is durable and will withstand fumbling for the alarm clock in the morning, or spilling that glass of water in the night.

We'll hand pick the timber ourselves from our saw mill partners and acclimatise them back at base for a couple of weeks, this makes sure the materials are as stable as possible before we start your build.
We mill all of our materials to size ourselves, making sure to select the best grain patterns for beauty and structural integrity. Only then do we start the process of honing your chosen material into your dream dresser, stool or nightstand.
Every component is hand crafted, sanded and finished during the assembly process, allowing us to ensure the highest control over quality.
